Your new role My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR/Workforce Change Lead to work with the HR Director to spearhead a significant workforce efficiency programme. This role is pivotal in reviewing all areas of the organisation, including recruitment, absence management and organisational design. What you'll need to succeed Specialist knowledge in organisational design, change management and TUPE. Large, complex sector experience is a must and public sector highly desirable. Engaging, collaborative, tenacious, and detail-oriented. The ability to focus on both the bigger picture and the finer details. The project is expected to last for up to 12 months. All flexible working requests are considered.
