Morgan Philips Executive Search has partnered with a unique, quickly growing consulting firm specialised in people practices.
The firm offers certification, benchmarking and insights helping organisations develop a data-led HR/People strategy.
As part of their ongoing growth (c20% YoY), they seek a Senior Business Development Manager to directly generate revenue by prospecting for, positioning and selling their services to multinational clients headquartered across the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new business development via prospecting, social selling, qualifying and consultative selling.
2. Drive sales growth and pipeline through the setting up of qualified meetings.
3. Being a subject matter expert and evangelist.
4. Ability to connect and network with senior HR stakeholders and position the full value of the firm's services across their areas of responsibility and areas of focus.
5. Work closely with Marketing to support events and follow up digital leads.
Qualification Criteria:
1. Significant experience in new business development, preferably in the field of HR Tech, HR Consulting or HR Services.
2. Proven track record in new logo business in the HR/Consulting space.
3. Previous experience selling internationally/cross location.
4. Available for some travel to conferences, client sites and company meetings.
