CK Group's Contract Administration Manager Position

* Manage third-party contractors, handling all activities related to equipment supported across the site and overseeing day-to-day operations.
* Update and close work orders within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring timely completion to meet contractual metrics.
* Collaborate closely with third-party contractors to guarantee full compliance with work order closures, aligned with compliance guidelines and contractual goals.
* Be the initial point of contact for all third-party contractors upon arrival at the site, guiding them through established procedures.
* Coordinating EHS and GXP inductions for third-party staff before commencing work.
* Utilize specified tools for effective third-party engineer inductions on-site.
* Ensure the presence of risk assessments, method statements, and permits for third-party contractors working on-site, requiring departmental collaboration.
* Provide relevant documentation to third-party contractors for task completion, derived from CMMS database.
* Guarantee adherence to calibration label procedures, ensuring the LIS process is followed for identified equipment.
* Conduct security clearance checks on visiting contractors, according to site policies.
* Store and file compliant documentation, including engineering service reports, in accordance with GxP and GDP best practices.
Your Background and Requirements
As a suitable candidate, you will have:
* Preceding experience in a lab or customer service environment.
* A thorough grasp of customer care principles.
* Knowledge or experience of life sciences industry and G.xP regulations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* EHS knowledge and familiarity.
* CMMS database management expertise.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize your workload effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Compensation Package
This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
