The successful Projects Lawyer will be responsible for the following duties:
* Drafting high value commercial contracts and various agreements
* Liaising with internal and external clients and stakeholders
* Providing assistance with contract disputes and dispute resolution
* Advising on subsidy control and public procurement
* Delivery of major projects, including energy, construction, and infrastructure projects
