You’ll work within the Group Transformation function as a key member of the Enterprise PMO team. You’ll support the delivery and enhancement of the PMO Service Catalogue assurance, governance, and support services to the projects and programs across the JD change portfolio. You’ll work at the portfolio level across the full delivery lifecycle to support the implementation of effective processes that will drive improvements.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a PMO Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
* Performing governance, assurance, and support activities at the portfolio level.
* Collaborating with Enterprise PMO colleagues to increase maturity in PMO and project delivery processes across JD.
* Maintaining excellent attention to detail and reviewing documentation to ensure high-quality standards are met.
* Working collaboratively with Group Transformation Delivery team members, establishing effective relationships, and supporting them in producing quality outputs aligned with PMO standards.
* Supporting the Enterprise PMO Service Catalogue for portfolio governance, assurance, and support services within the JD change portfolio.
* Providing support to Group Transformation Leadership and maintaining performance reports to showcase portfolio performance.
* Supporting the operation of portfolio processes within the Group Transformation change portfolio.
* Assisting with portfolio governance, input collection, and action tracking.
* Conducting portfolio health checks to assess overall health.
* Managing portfolio level risks and issues, identifying themes for upward reporting.
* Administering the new project demand backlog and prioritization process.
* Maintaining a central list of proposed, active, and completed projects across the Enterprise PMO.
* Responding to information requests promptly to ensure stakeholders have accurate data.
* Supporting governance forums and routines, preparing content for executive portfolio meetings, and documenting decisions and key actions.
* Coordinating and summarizing portfolio reports, ensuring timely updates.
* Ensuring portfolio reporting is consistent, standardized, and meets high PMO standards.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 2 years’ experience as a PMO Analyst or Project Support within a portfolio office.
* Experience working with project management tools and methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.
* Experience applying portfolio-level governance methodologies.
* Proven ability to prepare comprehensive and consistent project documentation following established processes.
