To provide an effective meet and greet service for potential new students during a key enrolment period. The role involves ascertaining upon arrival at the College what part of the enrolment process the potential new student needs to be directed/taken to ensure this and any further stages are delivered in a smooth/effective way and contribute to a great experience.
The ability to build a rapport with people as well as to communicate clearly and concisely with them to aid in a successful enrolment is essential. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a student/customer centred approach, aiming to remove barriers to ensure a comprehensive positive experience.
