We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Sutton to assist with the appointment of a Housing Officer, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £14.68 - £18.44 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Manage a designated patch of properties, ensuring effective tenancy and leasehold management.
* Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding tenancy-related matters, including rent arrears, anti-social behavior, repairs, and tenancy sustainment.
* Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, health and safety regulations, and estate management standards.
* Investigate and resolve reports of anti-social behavior, taking appropriate action in line with policies and legal requirements.
Essentials:
* Experience in delivering a high-quality customer service across multiple channels; Phone, E-mail and online forms.
* Excellent listening skills, analysis of customer needs and applying appropriate resolution
* Good written and oral communications
* A proactive approach to responding to customer needs and expectations
* Be able to work as an individual and as a member of a team
* Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet customers needs.
* Be capable of dealing with different customers and situations.

* This role requires a basic DBS
