About the Role
As the Family Hubs and Early Help Specialist Manager, you will be a Social Work England registered Social Worker with the skills to lead and manage the delivery of services to children and families supported by our Family Hubs and Early Help teams and wider partnership. This role will also support the strategic transformation to a Family Help delivery model, in line with national policy, legislation, and local strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Support the continuing design, planning, development, and implementation of Family Hubs and Family Help.
* Family Help: Develop targeted Early Help for children and young people in need, extending support to s.17 Child in Need through the Families First Partnership Programme.
* Partnerships: Collaborate with key stakeholders to support children and young people, ensuring effective service delivery.
* Service Delivery: Ensure Family Hubs, Early Help, and Family Help services are delivered effectively, meeting the needs of children and their families at the earliest opportunity.
* Staff Development: Support staff performance, promoting professional standards and evidence based practice.
* Performance Management: Implement performance management frameworks, providing regular progress reports and risk logs.
