This role sits within a growing team that has almost doubled in size over the last year. This role reflects the level of investment that the organisation is committed to putting into their Learning and Development strategy. The role of Learning and Development Advisor will involve delivering training throughout the organisation, both in person and over Teams. While there are already some great resources available, there will be an element of design and sourcing training material also. As a Learning & Development Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
1. Lead on the development, delivery and regular review of the induction process
2. Supporting and working closely with the wider HR team
3. Research and source external training providers using the managed learning framework
4. Design, deliver and facilitate workshop materials as required and agreed with the people development business partners
5. Deliver training sessions on soft skills in person and over Teams
6. Support the HR and Talent team with recruitment activity
