About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Ashley House Residential Care Home in Bordon, Hampshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
* Support residents with their leisure and social activities, encouraging engagement and participation
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
* Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements
* Previous experience in care or a related field, although training will be provided
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
