Overall purpose of the role To provide guidance and assist Asset Supervisor Helpdesk & Stores with the Helpdesk and Stores day to day functions. Providing for point of contact for the team ensuring the effective running of the teams and services provided university wide, providing service excellence whilst supporting and contributing towards the overall FMC service aims as applicable to the role, and in particular reference to the SLA guidance in operation: Supporting Asset Supervisor Helpdesk & Stores guiding / liaising with / advising Help desk and Stores Operatives as required towards FMC Service Excellence for the provision of works required by the team. Covering for Asset Supervisor Helpdesk & Stores by undertaking responsibility for being the first point of contact for FMC estates and Faculty colleagues for key internal and external stakeholders. Supporting both E&F and other University colleagues through provision of information for Helpdesk & Stores in line with university processes, policies and procedures.
