We are seeking a Headteacher to join our team at Woodmansterne Primary School, part of Bourne Education Trust.
The Headteacher’s role is to provide outstanding and inspirational leadership and management of the school, creating an environment in which the highest possible standards of learning and teaching flourish and in which every child has access to high quality education to achieve their full potential.

Contract: Permanent, full time

Key responsibilities include:
* Work with the Bourne Education Trust, the Local Governing Committee and the school community to maintain and enhance the culture of excellence that is currently embedded and epitomises the school's core values
* Continue to nurture the thriving culture of successful learning that enables pupils to be enthusiastic independent learners, achieving their full potential
* Provide effective leadership and management
* In conjunction with the Local Governing Committee, maintain the corpus of policies and ensure that they continue to be effectively followed
* Uphold the school's established role at the heart of the community, sustaining the existing pride in the organisation and showcasing its reputation as a focal point for learning and achievement
Requirements include:
* Ability to demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
* Successful experience as a leader
* NPQH or further professional qualification
* Experience leading a school through a recent Ofsted inspection
