Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to individuals.
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
Support individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.
Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for clients.
Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation.
Work in a team to provide the best possible care and support.
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a similar role in the UK.
A genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference in their lives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, caring attitude.
Flexibility to work day and night shifts, including weekends.
