Main Purpose of the Role
AYBL is looking for a CRM administrator to join the CRM team to support the delivery of BAU and Automation Campaigns across the AYBL Group. This role will suit someone with up to one year of experience in a CRM or Marketing role, or a graduate with an interest in starting a career in the email marketing or marketing sector. You will support the delivery of the CRM strategy to help drive growth working in a fast-paced data-driven environment, working closely with the CRM Executive, Brand Team & Head of eCommerce.
Responsibilities and duties
* Assist the CRM Executive with planning upcoming communications, including copywriting and briefing for the creative team.
* Build BAU & Sale Communications across 9 stores (AYBL & BOA).
* Assist with A/B testing, offering ideas for improvement.
* Progress towards independently managing the Community Account (currently involving 1 monthly send built by CRM).
* Continuously seek improvements in emails and automated communications, generating new ideas.
* Conduct monthly and ad hoc reporting & email reviews in collaboration with the CRM Executive.
* Work closely with the Brand and Merchandising teams to synchronise emails with social media, product stock levels, restocks, and new releases.
Person Specification
* Entry-level role, suitable for individuals with a marketing diploma or degree-level qualification, or up to one year of experience in a marketing or CRM role.
* Strong understanding of campaign implementation.
* Ability to project manage and multitask.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Highly analytical and KPI driven.
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or Economics (desirable).
* Previous experience using Klaviyo, Inventory Planner & Shopify/Shopify Plus.
