About the Role
A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support its M&A team's expansion into Europe. They are in the market for a senior professional to assist with streamlining processes, managing resources, and driving efficiencies in handling complex M&A transactions for high-profile clients. You will be key player in this practice, working closely with Partners, PSL's and Associates.

Key Responsibilities
1. Knowledge Management and System Implementation
* Develop and maintain a robust database of templates, precedents, and transaction resources.
* Establish and enhance systems to streamline workflows and ensure best practices across the team.
1. Technical Expertise in M&A
* Work on public M&A transactions, including regulatory filings, registrations, and full-stack corporate structures.
* Support lawyers in preparing corporate documents, transaction summaries, and checklists.
1. Resource Development and Training
* Create technical resources and provide training to the team on transaction processes and market developments.
* Collaborate on integrating technology solutions to improve service delivery.
1. Research and Trend Analysis
* Monitor legal developments and market trends in Public M&A to update resources and advise the team.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualifications and Experience:
* English law experience with 4+ years in M&A or corporate transactions.
* Significant experience in English law matters, including public registrations and corporate structures.
* Skills and Attributes:
* Strong technical knowledge of M&A processes and transaction workflows.
* Proven ability to establish and optimize systems and processes.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Effective communicator with a collaborative approach.
