Your Role
As a Frontend Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role building exceptional user experiences. Split your time between our vibrant Bristol office (We are currently working 3 days in the office and 2 days optional at home or in the office).
What You’ll Do
* Craft intuitive, responsive, and cross-platform user interfaces that delight our customers.
* Collaborate with a talented team to develop and maintain web and mobile applications.
* Write clean, reusable code that meets industry standards and best practices.
* Own pull requests, ensuring quality through timely reviews and efficient Git branch management.
* Participate in architectural discussions and contribute your ideas to product design.
* Seamlessly integrate APIs and backend services with frontend interfaces.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 4+ years as a frontend developer with strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue (or similar frameworks).
* Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
* Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Tech-Savvy: Solid understanding of web application architecture, including security and session management.
* Agile Enthusiast: Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome if you have them!)
* Native mobile development (Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin).
* Experience with Ionic (Capacitor/Cordova).
* Accessibility expertise to create inclusive user experiences.
* Backend development skills in Node.js, GraphQL, or PHP.
* An interest in expanding into full-stack engineering.
