Director, Residential Agency – Inverness – £70,000 - £80,000 OTE

What you will be doing
As well as overseeing the day to day operation in the office, you will be the main fee earner for the residential agency department. The previous Director exits the office having built a superb market share and reputation over the last decade. You will be taking the helm of a well performing office with a great team already in situ.
1. Achieve personal financial targets and budget
2. Manage the team and ensure set objectives are met
3. Generate and conduct market appraisals ensuring a strong instruction ratio
4. Ensure KYC and client onboarding standards are met
5. Ensure delivery of timely and high quality advice and transactions to clients
6. Arrange and attend viewings to generate offers on office stock
7. Be responsible for negotiating between client and buyer to convert offers to deals
8. Progress offers to exchange by ensuring close communication with all parties and solicitors
9. Responsible (sometimes jointly) for successful delivery of all assignments in area of expertise
10. Undertake business planning activities in line with the company’s aims
11. Accurately forecast fees for the office when required to do so
12. Assist in developing initiatives to improve revenue and profitability
What you will have
1. Significant track record within the residential sector with a broad cross section of clients
2. Experience listing and selling prime, super prime and rural properties
3. Proven success as a fee earner
4. Self starter and can work with little supervision and, where appropriate, under pressure
5. Demonstrate a knowledge of the market which you operate within
6. Experienced manager of small to medium size teams
