They follow a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach, continually refining practices to enhance learning opportunities for their pupils. The students enroled in this school face severe learning difficulties, with many having autism. Each child and young person is treated as an individual, and this school has a tailored curriculum that reflects their diverse needs.Your new role as an SEN Class TeacherAs the SEN Teacher, your duties will include:
1. Preparing lessons and assigning homework.
2. Fostering a positive and creative with a flexible approach to teaching
3. Promoting enthusiasm andmitment to impact positively on student wellbeing and progress.
4. Have a positive approach to supporting behaviour that challenges.
5. Ensuring all work is marked and evaluated in a timely manner.
6. Developing lessons in line with curriculum requirements and ensuring students are well-prepared for the demands of national examinations.
