As a Call Centre Sales Team Manager at Unity Connect, you will drive outbound sales of supplement products and inspire your team to exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for a results-driven leader with strong sales acumen and a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the sales team to exceed targets through regular meetings and a results-focused culture.
• Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and growth plans to help agents improve their skills.
• Sales Strategy: Analyze performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Campaign Management: Oversee outbound sales campaigns and collaborate with marketing for aligned strategies.
• Customer Experience: Promote upselling opportunities and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Reporting: Present performance insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Scheduling: Manage team schedules and forecast staffing needs with Operations Support.
• Collaboration: Work with customer service and marketing teams for consistent messaging and updates.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a call centre sales role, including 1 year in team management.
• Sales Acumen: Proven success in meeting sales targets and implementing sales strategies.
• Leadership: Experience managing and developing sales teams.
• Analytical: Skilled in performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and call centre software.
Working Hours:
• Shift: Night shift aligned with US market hours. Covering a range of hours from 2.30 pm to 4.30 am with core hours from 5.30 pm to 2.00 am UK time.
• Location: On-site, Sheffield offices
