The Role As an Occupational Therapist, responsibilities include: Conducting holistic OT assessments and interventions to support patient recovery. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care. Providing clinical supervision to OT support staff and contributing to team training. Developing and implementing individualised care plans for patients. Liaising with external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for service users. Offering placements for OT students and contributing to their training and development. Candidate Requirements HCPC registered Occupational Therapist. Experience in mental health or related clinical settings. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
