Wills, Trusts and Probate Solicitor – Cockermouth

We are looking to recruit a full time Solicitor to join our Wills, Trusts and Probate team, to work from our Cockermouth office.
Who are we looking for?
Due to the ongoing growth and development of the firm we have an exciting new opportunity for a Solicitor to join our Wills, Trusts & Probate team.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years PQE and have experience of dealing with the preparation of Wills, estate administration, trust matters and powers of attorney.
The successful candidate will have a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude to enable them to work closely with a team of legal fee-earners, paralegals and legal assistants on all aspects of this work, and may have a fee earning target themselves. The ability to work as part of a team is therefore essential together with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
