We are looking for a positive and approachable Client Care Advisor who has a genuine passion for providing outstanding client care and client experience. No two days are the same in this role, so if you are looking for a challenge and the ability to make a difference, please read on!
About the role
Our outstanding Client Care team are there for our clients, answering the phone, welcoming them and their pets into the practice and ensuring they are looked after and have everything they need every step of the way. They are a professional, friendly, and dedicated team, and often the first contact with our clients so are vital to our business.
You will be taking phone calls, making appointments, assisting clients with queries, reassuring clients, listening to their needs, taking payments, solving problems and generally 'being there' for our clients. Your main duties will include:
* Promoting a positive client journey.
* Supporting the clinical team in arranging the best treatment for our patients.
* General reception and administration duties.
* You will be working on a flexible contract to suit the needs of the business averaging 18 hours per week.
Required Skills and Experience
* Previous client care experience
* Confident with computers
* Flexibility
* GCSE in maths and English
* Team player
* Love of animals
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Knowledge of the veterinary industry
* Experience in Microsoft Excel/Word
* Customer Service training course attendance
* Problem Solving skills
