Job Description
THE ROLE:
As an Engineering Administrator you will be required to:
* Record, allocate, update and file Planned Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
* Responsible for the control of inventory for Maintenance / sub-contractor specific needs.
* Responsible for inducting and management of sub-contractors and their activities on site.
* Ensure safe systems of work are fully implemented for sub-contractors.
* Ensure that all services, tools and equipment are available for sub-contractors during shutdowns.
* Book in and process sub-contract timesheets.
* Record, allocate, update and file Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
* Responsible for booking the mandatory maintenance visits for all hired plant (forklift trucks, lifting platforms etc.).
* Ordering Consumables / tooling as requested by Maintenance supervision.
* Handling unplanned maintenance issues.
* Liaise with Procurement, Production and Stores to ensure that all goods and services are processed correctly.

* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Able to use standard Microsoft office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Strong attention to detail
* A hands-on, can-do attitude
* Methodical approach
