Role Overview
Finance and Legal support business performance and decision making through control, planning and insight. We do this by delivering the basics brilliantly, protecting value through financial and legal integrity, and always doing the right thing. We partner with leadership and curiosity to create value and continuous improvement, whilst striving to be travel's employer of choice for talent.
This pivotal role will:
1. Actively manage effective relationships with external suppliers and key internal stakeholders
2. Effectively control and proactively develop processes, accounting and reporting in area
3. SME for all systems and processes in area
4. Tracking and reporting of trends feeding into a robust and visible monthly forecast submission & reporting pack
5. Working with other areas of Finance, the business and internal and external auditors to ensure policy and process compliance
6. SME on cross functional projects to enable the improvement, development, successful implementation and BAU delivery of changes
7. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and effective transactional cost management
8. Staff planning, development and training. Responsible for motivation and development of direct reports
9. BCP & ERO support to the business as SME for area
10. Respond to ad-hoc queries from CUK management and ABG
11. Responsible for any SOX controls for area
This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

5. Previous experience in Financial systems
