Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum.
* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom ethos that supports active participation and learning.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and targeted interventions as needed.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.

Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
* Sound knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches.
* Experience in preparing pupils for SATs.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s academic and personal development.
* A collaborative and team-oriented approach to teaching and learning.
