The role of Concierge will provide assistance with Housing Management functions in our Life- house Services and will often be the first point of contact for everyone accessing our Life-house. The role of Concierge (Receptionist) is also pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome focused support services is delivered. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will manage front of house services to clients and will deal with telephone calls and external visitors to the Centre. The Concierge (Receptionist ) will manage enquiries relating to available accommodation and facilitating access to emergency accommodation if required, in addition to assisting with logging and reporting maintenance work including emergency out of hour’s repairs. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate: Excellent customer service and people management skills with ability to provide efficient front of house service Two or more GCSE’s including English and Maths or equivalent Knowledge of legislation relating to Health and Safety and safeguarding of service users and staff Excellent planning, organising and time management skills, proficient in a range of IT packages In order to complete your application please download and read the job profile and any other attachments.
