The role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service. The Customer Service Coordinator will be working in our trusted Customer Service Team, dealing with all aspects of customer contact into the business, including providing a first-class after sales service to support our website and contract customers. You will put our customers at the heart of everything you do and be an advocate for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administration duties including keying orders, issuing refunds, maintaining stock availability reports, maintaining cancellation reports.
* Responding to social media feedback.
* Receive inbound calls, and make outbound calls to customers, branches, carriers, and in-house departments.
* Other ad-hoc duties as required.
You:
You’ll be self-motivated and a real team player, ideally with some experience in a busy contact centre and have the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills. You’ll thrive in a team environment, supporting the wider team while setting and maintaining high standards of work. You’ll have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and you’ll love providing the best customer service.
Required skills and competencies:
* Proficient using Google email, Google sheets, and Google documents, or Microsoft equivalent. It is essential that you have good computer and numerical skills.
* Able to demonstrate experience in a service or call centre or customer service environment specifically taking telephone calls and dealing with inbound and outbound emails.
* Have the confidence to learn new systems and processes.
* Be competent in dealing with customers, and external suppliers and carriers.
* High standard of written English and a great, personable telephone manner.
* Have a positive, can-do attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team.
* Be able to have difficult conversations and use your complaint handling experience.
