Responsibilities:
* Work with high standards to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Show customers how to operate equipment safely and answer any questions they may have.
* Perform rental return check-ins and check outs to meet Rent Ready Standards.
* Complete minor repairs and regular maintenance on rental equipment.
* Responsible for cleaning, detailing and servicing equipment upon return.
* Loading and unloading rental equipment.
* Check equipment for any damage, hours used and fuel level upon return.
* Maintain a safe work environment and perform duties in accordance with safety standards.
* Other duties assigned as needed.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
* Customer centric with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organized and analytical with high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
* Self-motivated team player with high integrity and initiative.
* General knowledge of operating various pieces of equipment would be considered an asset.
* Mechanically inclined and willing to learn.
* Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
* Flexibility in hours can be accommodated.
