The successful candidate will manage a warm desk specializing in all levels of temporary Chef and Hospitality recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Advertise vacancies and manage the registration process. Conduct pre-screening interviews. Engage in proactive business development to expand the current client database. Handle account management and client visits to both new and existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with our candidate base. Ideal Candidate: Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident with strong communication and people skills. Well-organized with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask. Results-oriented and target-driven. Enjoys working as part of a team and performs well under pressure. Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
