Pioneer Talent is delighted to be working on behalf of a dynamic and fast-growing homecare organisation to recruit a Registered Manager for the Telford branch of our client. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is ready to take ownership of a well-established service, drive growth, and develop their career in a business with significant expansion plans.
This role is ideal for either an experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting challenge or a strong Deputy Manager/ Care Co-ordinator ready to step up and make their mark. The organisation has a solid reputation for promoting from within and offers structured development opportunities, including the potential for equity in the business as it continues to grow.
The Opportunity
The Telford branch operates a healthy number of delivery hours, working with Staffordshire, Telford LA, and private funders. A strong Deputy, Coordinators, Field Care Supervisors, and Carers are already in place, allowing the right leader to step in and focus on service quality, growth, and compliance.
The business is well-supported with HR, finance, and operational systems in place, ensuring a ‘grown-up’ working environment where managers can work flexibly as long as the service is delivering.
What We’re Looking For
✔ A proactive, driven individual with strong homecare experience (Coordinator, Deputy, or Registered Manager level)
✔ Knowledge of CQC compliance, audits, and local authority frameworks
✔ Strong relationship-building skills with commissioners, brokers, and social workers
✔ Commercially aware, with the ability to manage both private and local authority work effectively
✔ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
