Job Specification: Head of Enterprise Sales Location: Hybrid, London Industry: Top-Tier Value-Added Reseller (VAR) for Microsoft & Cisco Products About the Role A leading client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Enterprise Sales to lead and expand their highly successful sales teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of two well-established teams, with a mandate to grow the division by adding a third team in the near future. The role will play a crucial part in scaling and optimising the company’s Microsoft and Cisco sales strategy, with a strong focus on Microsoft solutions. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Oversee and mentor two existing Enterprise Sales teams, ensuring they exceed targets and maintain top performance. Develop a strategic roadmap to build and integrate a third team under your leadership, leveraging best practices in sales development and customer engagement. Sales Strategy & Execution Spearhead the Enterprise Sales strategy with a focus on Microsoft solutions, in alignment with the company’s growth objectives. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from pre-sales through to support. Partnerships & Relationships Leverage your connections with Microsoft and/or Cisco to enhance partnerships, co-selling opportunities, and customer reach. Build strong relationships with stakeholders within Microsoft, Cisco, and key enterprise clients to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration. Performance Optimisation Drive consistent revenue growth through focused account management, territory planning, and identifying new business opportunities. Use data-driven insights to track, manage, and optimise team performance, setting benchmarks for success. Qualifications Proven track record in leading and expanding high-performing sales teams within a VAR or similar tech environment. Strong, established relationships with Microsoft and/or Cisco sales teams, with an understanding of both product portfolios. Demonstrable success in scaling teams and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
