The organisation is seeking a compassionate individual who can assist in looking after the residents with the Christian ethos which the charity exudes. What the Care Home Manager will will be doing The ideal Care Home Manager will be responsible for Ensuring residents receive person-centred care that is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to meet their individual needs and preferences. Manage the care home's budget, ensuring the effective and efficient use of resources. Plan and monitor expenditure, aiming to keep costs within budget while maintaining high standards of care Oversee and manage a team of care assistants, senior carers, and other staff, ensuring all team members are motivated, well-trained, and operating at their full potential. Coordinate with local churches to ensure regular devotions, worship services, and pastoral care are available to residents, respecting the individual faiths and needs of each resident What the successful Care Home Manager will bring to the team This role is suitable for someone who has Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management Registered Manager Status or willingness to work towards it. Experience in the development, training, and performance management of staff, ensuring that all team members have the skills to deliver person-centred care.
