Thisis a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in ourWhitwellontheHill office. Due to the beautiful remote locationaccess to your own transport is essential. This is a fulltimeposition however work life balance is important to us and so we areopen to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days perweek).
Working hours will be 5days/week Monday to Sundayon a rotabasis.

About therole:
Our primary aim is to deliver the bestpossible service to our customer throughout their journey and thisis the key driver for everyone at Inntravel.
TheOperations team ensure the smooth running of holiday operationsthrough detailed coordination and direct communication withsuppliers and customers delivering exceptional service. Handlingall aspects of customer communication from booking to returnmanaging queries and resolving operational issues. Working within aunified team they manage holiday arrangements as booked resolveproblems with suppliers and maintain accurate records. With a focuson effective teamworking they contribute to maintaining supplierrelationships providing expert advice on complex queries andensuring the efficient operation of our holiday services.
This role will support the team leader inleading coaching training and motivating the Operations team. Theywill also have a focus on continuous improvement for the teamutilising feedback from customers and theteam.
* Support operations team leaderswith daily leadership of the team and assist with day to dayworkflow management.
* Deal with escalatedqueries/complaints.
* Lead the team when the teamleader is otherwise engaged or absent.
* Being avoice of continuous improvement providing feedback on opportunitiesand proactively sharing bestpractices.
* Understand development needs andprovide coaching training and support to teammembers.
* Continuously evaluate and identifyopportunities to drive process improvements for the team thatpositively impact the customer experience and improveefficiency.
* Facilitate and supportonboarding.
