R Recruitment Ltd is looking to appoint an experienced part-time TRANSPORT Account Manager to join our existing team in Derby.
Skills required:
* Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
* Experience in recruitment and TRANSPORT Account Management.
* A-level qualification or equivalent (desirable).
* Excellent time keeping and self-management skills.
* Must work well within a team setting.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* General admin duties: answering incoming calls, filing paperwork, dealing with enquiries and queries.
* Receiving and sending emails to clients and customers
* Experience using Microsoft office, and an ability to work with new in-house systems.
* Screening candidates CV’s off job boards, contacting candidates to determine if they’re suitable for the role, then booking them in for interviews (occasionally)
* Putting adverts onto job boards (occasionally)
* Monitoring successful candidates and ensuring that all Company processes and policies are adhered to.
* Dealing with clients across the UK
* Managing clients current requirements
* Weekend planning for HGV Class1 Drivers
* Maintaining long-term relationships with accounts
* Focusing on growth
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working hours:
* Working Friday 09:00am to Monday 10:00am
* 09:00-17:00 Friday ( work in the office)
* Saturday, Sunday and Monday am (work remotely from home)
* Candidates must be available to work on call during Friday- Monday am working hours
