As the Senior Software Engineer, you will lead development of first-class technical solutions whilst also actively contributing to and leading a culture of innovation, enthusiasm and passion. You will work with Engineering Managers and Product Management to support the goals and objectives on your team. You will have a focus on end-to-end responsibility for the development, quality, observability, and testing of the software you build.

Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
1. Work with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Engineering Leadership to design solutions and considering trading-off technical and operational considerations.
2. Interact with cross-functional engineering teams across the company to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
3. Take responsibility for key aspects of the development life cycle, from design to implementation, testing, security, and maintenance.
4. Ensure testing and security standards are well embedded into the software the team produces.
5. Be active in a community of practice for engineering to develop and share knowledge.
6. Lead design reviews, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility with your peers and colleagues.
7. Address all aspects of technology and service readiness.
8. Effectively participate in the team's software development methodologies, such as pairing, code and documentation reviewing and continuous delivery.
9. Mentor other members of the team.
