My client a super successful award-winning global Reinsurance business are looking for an experienced Admin Manger to manage their EMEA region.
As the Team Manager in the EMEA region, your primary objective is to lead and support your team in the efficient and precise administration of all treaties. You will ensure that all processes are conducted in strict compliance with regulations, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness.

* Oversee the administration of treaties, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
* Ensure full compliance with regulations in all administrative processes.

* Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Experience
* Develop and maintain comprehensive market knowledge of the bulk annuity pension market and its impact on the reinsurance administration of longevity business.
* Attain and sustain a high level of technical expertise in defined benefit pension schemes and individual annuities.
* Gain and uphold a thorough understanding of processing client data and associated financial reporting using companies administration systems.
* Exhibit exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns and connections within complex datasets. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential.
* Proficiency in manipulating and transforming data using Excel. This includes advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and the use of PivotTables for data summarization. Ability to clean, organise, and analyse large datasets efficiently, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
1. Desirable Skills and Experience
* Possess a strong understanding of or experience in defined benefit pension schemes and/or the bulk annuity market, including associated reinsurance products such as longevity swaps and the risk factors impacting the business.
* Proven track record of coaching, developing, and mentoring direct reports, or a demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in this area.
* Experience in creating and documenting administrative processes and workflows, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
