Responsibilities
Develop and implement community safety programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and community organizations to assess safety needs.
Analyze crime data and trends to identify key areas for improvement.
Manage a team of community safety specialists and support staff.
Design and deliver training programs for community stakeholders on safety awareness and prevention.
Secure funding through grants and partnerships to sustain community safety projects.
Advocate for policy changes that impact community safety at local government meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in community safety, law enforcement, or a related area.
Proven track record of successful program management and leadership.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse community setting.
Familiarity with grant writing and budget management.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.11
