JOB DESCRIPTION: SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Berkshire, Wokingham Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create individualised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to promote academic progress and personal development Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as needed Collaborate with other education professionals and parents to ensure holistic support for students Required Qualifications: Previous experience working with students with SEN Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Demonstrated experience in providing SEN support in an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of various SEN conditions and learning difficulties Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling Work primarily in educational institutions or student homes Opportunity for professional development and training All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
