Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly visionary and experienced Marketing Graphic Designer to elevate our brand and add to our digital marketing efforts. As the Marketing Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand, drive customer engagement and increase sales revenue. You will work closely with the Sales Department and wider team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, SEO, SEM, display advertising, and content marketing.
3. Data Analytics: Ability to analyse social media metrics and campaign results and drive direction based on findings.
4. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools and KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
6. Creativity: Thinking creatively to develop unique social media campaigns and content. Work with the wider team to create and curate compelling and effective digital content that resonates with our target audience across various social media platforms.
7. Using innovation to think outside the box and create compelling content that drives traffic to the brand.
8. Trend Identification: Staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies and technologies to drive business growth.
9. Content calendar: Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials for various channels. Manage the organisation's digital assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
10. Social Media Management: Contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies. Schedule and publish content across social media platforms. Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and report on social media performance.
11. Engaging with followers and resolving customer queries.
12. Utilising social media marketing tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social.
13. Market Research: Conduct market research on upcoming trends and events within the industry. Compile and analyse data to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
14. Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team in preparing and organising sales presentations and proposals when required.
15. Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
16. Act as the primary point of contact to form and maintain relationships with external clients, clinics, and partners to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
4. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Design Software Proficiency, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Sketch and other design tools).
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and develop actionable insights.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Fluency in written and verbal English speaking skills is a MUST.
8. Understanding of corporate branding principles and maintaining brand identity.
9. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
10. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hubspot.
11. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
