We are looking for someone with a head for organisation and marketing to join our team as a full-time Marketing Campaign Planner.

About the role:
The Marketing Campaign Planner is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
The job role would include:
PROPOSAL CREATION
1. Experiential campaign planning, strategy selection and detailed costing of activity proposals.
2. Effective use of PowerPoint, Excel and relevant photography to communicate campaign plans.
3. Liaising with in house designers to create appealing visuals to aid the sales process.
SALES CONVERSION
1. Pro-active, consultative selling of the company’s services.
2. Appointment booking and attendance either directly or for Link's senior directors.
3. Rapport and confidence building with multiple points of contact and on-going dialogue.
4. Achieving or exceeding pre-agreed sales targets for financial KPI bonusing.
PROSPECT IDENTIFICATION
1. Research from LinkedIn, trade media, exhibitions, consumer events and retailers.
2. Lapsed prospect and live client analysis, with cross contact networking.
3. Customer database management: data cleansing, grouping and organisation.
4. Supervision of student work placements and assistants.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
1. Devising integrated media plans to engage potential customers.
2. Creating innovative mailers to elicit responses.
3. Writing insight articles for social media and website posts.
4. Establishing and maintaining a seasonal company marketing calendar.
5. Updating the website with new case studies of industry leading work.
6. Engaging in dialogue with emails, phone calls, messaging and visits.
7. Utilising trade media for publicity and positive press coverage.
8. Arranging and delivering face to face presentations and needs analysis reviews.
9. Responding to queries, giving advice, building rapport and establishing confidence.
This role would suit people who have:
1. QUALIFICATIONS
2. A Level in English & Maths - Grade A
3. Bachelor’s degree in marketing & advertising related studies.
Experience
1. 2 years sales experience desirable.
2. Excellent communication skills, you'll be able to engage with a variety of internal and external partners.
3. Great organisation skills, you'll work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
