Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Request Management Team on the Service Desk Our team is responsible for supporting the business through the handling of a wide range of service requests for the business, such as the IT JML processes and other general access requests.As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and effective request handling, providing high quality support to our customers. Key Responsibilities : Endeavouring to provide all customers with the best level of customer service and support. Processing JML requests Helping to identify ways in which we can reduce the customer fulfilment times and improve the service we provide to the business. Identifying opportunities for automation. Helping to document processes and maintain existing documentation on the Request Management knowledge base Managing all standard requests Handling software installations Experience & Skills required: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to details and a commitment to quality Experience in a customer service or service desk environment Educated to GCSE Level (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language IT Foundation certification Knowledge and experience of working with current IT Systems including a working knowledge of Microsoft core desktop product About us Connells Group is one of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK.
