Job Description
* Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes.
* Collaborate with various departments to gather information and make informed financial decisions.
* Present financial reports and insights to senior management.
* Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements.
* Support the strategic planning process with accurate financial information.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* A degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
* Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in a similar role within the consumer industry.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
* Exposure to BI tools would be highly advantageous.
