Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000 - £70,000)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ in Sales Management & Sales with a proven track record in corporate B2B sales
* 3+ years Telemarketing Sales or similar sales role (lead generation, closeing
* A natural leader who can inspire, motivate, and drive success
* Strong sales strategy knowledge and the ability to implement winning techniques
What You’ll Be Doing
* Drive sales performance – lead and motivate your team to exceed targets and KPIs
* Develop & execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base
* Coach, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
* Build and maintain client relationships to drive long-term business growth
* Identify top sales talent and reward outstanding performance
* Ensure smooth daily operations, including administration and reporting
