This role supports our efforts in delivering outreach care and support to patients across Cheshire and Merseyside. The position involves a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities. As part of the team, you will handle tasks such as processing immunisation and health check documents, scanning and photocopying, uploading paperwork to folders, preparing health documentation for clinic sessions preparation, answering calls, and forwarding messages. This role requires regular telephone and email contact with patients, stakeholders and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible and proactive approach, and a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
