Elevation Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a fantastic family-owned business to recruit a Sales Director to lead the commercial strategy for a portfolio of prestigious brands in the Kitchenware sector.
We are seeking a results-driven individual with a proven track record in high-end housewares or professional cutlery sales, with experience across multiple sales channels.
The successful individual will lead a team of external BDMs and agents alongside a small internal sales team, you will also work closely with the Marketing team to deliver on business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth across catering wholesalers, restaurant and hotel groups, Online and high-street retailers.
* Lead and expand the brand’s DTC eCommerce presence, identifying opportunities for online sales growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to maximise revenue opportunities.
* Drive commercial success through effective leadership, negotiation, and market analysis.
Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience in either premium houseware or kitchenware OR from an FMCG background but with a solid background in DTC and B2B sales.
* Strong relationships within catering wholesalers, hotel groups, and high-street retailers.
* Strategic expertise in scaling DTC eCommerce sales
* A strategic mindset with the ability to lead and drive business growth.
