With capabilities to carry out the full design, manufacture, delivery and installation of our products right across the United Kingdom and across all construction market sectors.
As demand for our products and services continues to grow, we are seeking a Compliance Lead to be at the forefront of the company's product and industry compliance. This includes ISO9001 and ISO14001 along with specific product UKCA marking and Factory Production Control.
Skills & Experience
We are seeking a highly organised professional with excellent time management skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple project workloads simultaneously. Previous experience in a construction-related background would be advantageous, but Compliance experience from other sectors would be acceptable.
Other desirable skills & experience are noted below:

* Willingness to take an active role in factory operations to gain a thorough understanding of the business
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* To be responsible for the Company's compliance with relevant Quality and Environmental standards and company policies.
* To maintain the highest possible standards for Quality compliance of the company’s product range.
* Provide all necessary reports to the Design & Technical Director.
* To maintain compliance with the external and internal Audit requirements across Quality, Environmental and Sustainable Sourcing, including but not limited to ISO9001, ISO14001, BES6001, BBA, UKCA, UKAS etc.
* Strive for improvement in Quality Control procedures and record keeping.
* Identify and implement process improvement in Quality Control and Environmental procedures, and ensure all Factory Departments are aligned to ensure optimum product quality is achieved.
* Where required, work with Customers and internal project Teams to deliver ITP’s, Project Quality Plans and any other specific project requirements in relation to quality compliance.
* To stay up to date with the latest developments, standards and policies relevant to Quality and Environmental Management.
* To identify opportunities within the factory environment for process improvement.
* Be flexible with working hours to accommodate production requirements.
* Undertake training as and when required.
* Be responsible for their own and others Health & Safety as far as is possible.
* To undertake any other work as deemed necessary.
