Operations Manager – Asset Finance
London / South East - To £90k plus car allowance and strong benefits package

Our client is a very well known name in the industry of Asset Finance with a strong background of success.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, as a Operations Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of new business operations across all of our clients markets You’ll work closely with the senior management team to design and develop strategies to support continued growth and deliver on business objectives. You’ll also lead, coach and develop a New Business Operations team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences are delivered to their vendor partners.
Some of your key duties will include:
* Shaping and leading the strategy and activities of the New Business Operations team
* Organising operational structures, resources, and tasks required to support each market effectively
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors and partners by ensuring appropriate operational support is provided
* Implement a culture of continual learning by coaching and mentoring the team to get the best out of individuals

You’ll have good asset finance knowledge complemented by an inquisitive mind and a willingness to work collaboratively with others to learn and overcome challenges. You are comfortable with complexity and experienced in managing and mitigating operational risks.

* A proven track record in delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast paced, dynamic asset financed business
* Ability to manage a complex and broad financial product range
* Exceptional attention to detail with strong risk management skills to ensure quality and controls are effectively managed
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical terms to a variety of audiences.
