GSL Education are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Business Teacher to join a vibrant school in Newham after Easter 2025. This long-term position involves teaching business to Year 10 to Year 13 students, with a focus on delivering engaging lessons and nurturing the next generation of business leaders.
Responsibilities:
1. Teach Business Studies to students in Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (Year 10 to Year 13).
2. Plan, deliver, and assess lessons that align with the curriculum, ensuring students are challenged and motivated.
3. Foster a deep understanding of business concepts, real-world applications, and career pathways.
4. Monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
5. Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience teaching Business Studies to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students.
3. Strong subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and engage students.
4. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
5. A passion for preparing students for success in both academic and career paths.
6. Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
