We work with some of the biggest brands and household names in the industry, and recruit across a multitude of sectors including HGV, Plant, and Agriculture.
The role
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for resourcers/candidate managers to join the team. This role involves:
* Working closely with experienced consultants who will share the job details of roles they are recruiting for, so you can help source top talent.
* Speaking to prospective candidates on the phone; this will be the main part of the job.
* Looking for new candidates; this could be on job boards, from applications, or previously placed candidates on our system.
* Updating details on our system; the ability to multitask will definitely be an advantage so you are able to do this whilst on the phone.
What do we offer
* A career with training and progression throughout; although you'll be starting as a candidate manager, within 2 years you could be a lead consultant managing your own portfolio of clients.
* Monthly uncapped commission from day 1, as well as quarterly bonuses ON TOP! A realistic first-year OTE is between 30k-36k but is very much in your hands.
* Summer/Christmas parties as well as team social events throughout the year.
* Other company benefits including a 1pm finish on Fridays and 25 days holiday with the opportunity to buy extra.
What are we looking for
* No recruitment experience needed, but some office/telephone experience is preferred. All we ask is that you're self-motivated and eager to learn as we can provide all the training you'll need to succeed.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies related to recruitment processes.
