Key Responsibilities:
* Chase overdue retailer debts via phone, email, and letter.
* Manage aged debt and maintain DSO days.
* Handle account openings, credit checks, and ledger postings.
* Maintain accurate customer records and resolve outstanding queries.
* Build strong relationships with key clients.
Requirements:
* B2B and B2C credit control experience.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage accounts independently.
